In one line: Statemint is a one-time-purchase tool that builds supplier and vendor statements in your browser. Your financial files never leave that browser. By using the site or buying a license you agree to these terms.

The service

Statemint is a browser-local supplier and vendor statement generator. You drop in accounting exports (CSV or XLSX), map columns, pick suppliers or vendors, and print or export a PDF statement. Parsing and every number derived from your files run in your own browser. Files are not uploaded to us and are not processed on our servers. There is no API connection to Xero, QuickBooks, or any other ledger.

Preview on screen is free. Printing and PDF export without a watermark require a paid license.

Your data and privacy

Financial and statement files you import stay on your device. They are never uploaded as part of using the app. Unlocking a paid license may send the license key string to our payment provider (Creem) for validation — only that key, not your books. For the full picture, see our Privacy policy.

License

A one-time purchase unlocks watermark-free print and PDF export for one user. That license covers unlimited suppliers, clients, and files for that user. Each paid license may be activated on at most 2 computers. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Current pricing is $29 early bird and $39 regular (amounts in USD).

After you enter your license key in the app, unlock status is stored in your browser's local storage on that computer. Clearing site data, using a different browser, or moving to a new computer means you will need to enter the key again. Reactivating on a new computer counts toward the 2-computer limit. If both activation slots are already in use, email [email protected] for help. Keep the purchase email and key somewhere safe — we do not keep a signed-in account for you.

Creem-issued license keys are validated online with Creem when you activate them. Only the key string is sent for that check; your statement and ledger files stay in the browser and are not uploaded.

The license key is for your own use on up to 2 computers. You may not share it beyond that limit, or resell or redistribute it as a commercial product.

Payments and refunds

Purchases are processed by Creem, which acts as merchant of record. We never see or store your card numbers. There is no subscription to cancel. Checkout pages and card receipts may show Creem's store or merchant name (for example, beita) alongside the product name Statemint — that is normal for Creem as merchant of record and does not mean a different product charged you.

Try the free preview with your own files first. If the tool cannot parse your export, or after a genuine try it does not do what you need, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase for a full refund — you only pay for results. Refund requests are handled in good faith; we may ask a short note about what went wrong so we can improve the product.

Acceptable use

Use Statemint only for lawful purposes. Do not reverse-engineer the software in order to bypass the license, strip watermarks without a key, or attack the site. Do not resell license keys. Do not use the tool to generate statements you know are false or misleading.

No professional advice

Statemint assists bookkeeping workflows. It is not accounting, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for checking that any statement you send is accurate and suitable for your purpose.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not warrant that every export format will parse correctly, that every statement will be free of error, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

You remain responsible for reviewing any statement before you send it, and for keeping backups of your own source files. Because processing happens on your device, outcomes depend on the files you provide and the mappings you choose.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Statemint, including any reliance on statements you generate, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability for a paid license is limited to the amount you paid for that license.

Changes

If these terms change in a material way, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
