Mapping tip

Payable export column names: a practical cheat sheet

When you map a payable export into a supplier statement, field names rarely match one-to-one across products. Below are starting-point labels mirrored from Statemint’s built-in Xero and QuickBooks Online (QBO) guess templates — helpers for first-time mapping, not a survey of every export in the wild. Exports vary by report, region and custom fields; always confirm against your own header row.

What to watch for

Where this tip comes from

The column names above mirror Statemint's built-in Xero and QuickBooks guess templates (descriptive labels only — Xero® and QuickBooks® are trademarks of their respective owners; Statemint is not affiliated). They are starting points for first-time mapping, not a guarantee that every export from every region will match. If your headers differ, map manually once; Statemint remembers the mapping by header signature for the next file with the same layout.
